Buying real estate in South Florida is a strong investment. Home prices collapsed in 2009 and slowly recovered the past few years but there are many opportunities for all types of investors. The market appears to have leveled off and large investors have moved away leaving room for individuals and small groups to buy investment properties, second homes and/or vacation residences that can be rented out. I am confident investors will see healthy returns and I can educate them on the process of buying and renting or buying and selling in South Florida.
Who will manage the property?
Depending on what and where you buy I have home sitters, property managers and everything in between to help you make sure your properties are being taken care of while you are away. You can be as involved in the process as you want. Some of my clients like to be more hands on while others simply want to see the rental income.

I will sit down and discuss your goals and expectations and find a solution for you. I have helped my clients buy condo units, single family homes and commercial properties. Depending on your goals and budget there are endless opportunities right now that will fit all of your real estate needs.

What are you Buying?
I put my money where my mouth is. I am personally buying Real Estate and renting out my properties. I believe in what I am doing and have been advising friends and family to do the same with great success. I have clients in their 20's to their 80's buying Florida Real Estate. This opportunity may not come around again in our life time and we plan on getting in this go around!
